As ‘the planner’ there are a few things to keep in mind when creating the perfect baby shower. Yes, there is such a thing!

 

  • Firstly, make sure you know what the mom-to-be likes and don’t just assume. Sit with her and make a list of things she likes from food, to décor.
  • Make the invitation fun and exciting so the actual event can follow the same trend.
  • Sometimes the more simple and stylish, the bigger the statement. Think flowers, confetti, greenery and balloons. And of course venue.
  • Consider using plants as baby shower favours, as they can serve as décor to start with too.
  • You could use the gifts as the centrepiece of the shower, saving on money.

  • Have fun with mom-to-be and don’t sweat the small stuff.
